Free Next Day Delivery on orders over £10. Orders sent via our next day service are usually delivered on the next working day, but can sometimes take longer. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Free Express Delivery On Orders £5 – £10
Orders between £5 and £10 will be dispatched using a non-tracked express service. Estimated delivery times are 1 – 2 working days however sometimes take longer.
Free Economy Delivery On Orders Under £5
Orders under £5 will be dispatched using a non-tracked economy service. Estimated delivery times are 2 – 3 working days however may sometimes take longer.
Same Day Dispatch Before 4pm
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day (Monday-Friday), as long as payment has been received by 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm or on the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email when your order has been dispatched. Excludes Bank Holidays.
Delays and Longer Delivery Times
Unfortunately some orders experience delays within the courier networks, therefore we cannot guarantee delivery times. If you live in a remote area or the courier has trouble finding your address, the delivery may take longer. We kindly ask you check the tracking on your order to keep updated. Where can you deliver?
We can delivery your order to any UK address. We are currently unable to deliver any address that is not in the UK.
What if I’m not in to accept the delivery?
Most of our parcels are small enough to fit through your letterbox so this shouldn’t be an issue. If you will not be home for a large or high value order, the courier will leave a card or notify you. They may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or a local collection office. If this is not appropriate they may attempt to deliver on the following business day. The card or notification will contain details of what options are available to you.
Can I track my order?
Orders over £10 will receive a tracking number, this will be supplied with your dispatch confirmation email. Enter the tracking number into the courier’s tracking website to follow it’s progress.
What if my parcel is damaged or items are missing?
If your parcel arrives damaged or with items missing, please use our Contact Us Form or email us at contact@kelson.tools with your order number and info and we’ll be in touch to assist.
