I changed my mind, can I return the items?

Yes, we accept “Change of Mind” returns up to 30 days after you received your order. Items must be unused, in perfect saleable condition and in original packaging. Please Contact Us within 30 days of delivery to let us know you’d like to return an item. We will provide a returns form to include with your return. You will be responsible for any return postage costs for “Change of Mind” Returns. 

The product is faulty, what can I do?

If the product is faulty or does not perform as intended, please Contact Us with your order number and a description of the issue. We can replace the item, or may supply a return postage label and issue a refund after we have received the item.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or with incorrect items? 

If you have received  your order and the items are damaged or incorrect, please Contact Us with your order number and details of the issue. We will get back to you with a resolution.

How long will a refund take? 

We will process your return and issue the refund within 3 business days of receiving the items, unless we have otherwise stated you do no need to return the items. Refunds to Credit / Debit cards can take 3-5 business days, and refunds to PayPal can take 5-10 business days. If your refund has not been received within this time, please Contact Us.

Can I cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. If you chose to cancel your order, you will be responsible for any return postage costs. Please Contact Us if you’d like to cancel your order. 

Your statutory rights are not affected by this guidance.
