Tracking is available for all orders over £10. You can track your order with the tracking number supplied via email when your order was dispatched. See our full delivery policy here.
Orders placed before 4pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders should arrive on the following business day, however sometimes delays happen which are out of our control. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. See our full delivery policy here.
Sometimes orders encounter unexpected delays within the courier networks. We kindly ask you check the tracking on your order to keep updated. If you suspect your order has been lost, please get in touch via the form above or email us at contact@kelson.tools.

You can return your order up to 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, with original packaging and in resalable condition. See our full returns policy here.
