KELSON is a trading name of KTUK LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. Company No. 13528850. VAT No. 474218779. Our registered address is 135A High Street, Nelson, Caerphilly, CF46 6HB. When placing an order with us, we will do business under the following terms.
Payment
We will only accept and process orders when payment is received in full. We can take payment from most credit cards and debit cards through Stripe and PayPal.
Dispatching the Goods
We aim to dispatch your goods on the same working day, as long as payment is received by 4pm.
Delivery
We currenly only deliver to UK addresses. We include Free 1st Class Shipping as standard with all orders. The 1st Class service aims to deliver most orders on the next busines day, however we cannot guarantee delivery times.
Availability
We aim to keep all items in stock and available at all times. However, on occasion we may run out. If you place and order and we are unable to offer fulfillment due to stock levels, we may delay dispatching your order for a couple days while we receive more stock. If stock will not be available for a while, we can offer a cancellation and full refund for your order.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at contact@kelson.tools or use our Contact Us Form and include your order number. If we have not already dispatched the goods, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund within 14 days of cancellation. If the goods have been dispatched, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We require the goods be returned in saleable condition complete with it’s original packaging within 14 days after you have notified us of cancellation. Once goods have been received by us we will refund the order, minus express delivery charges if these were paid.
Faulty Goods
We hope that you never receive faulty goods from us, but there’s a chance this can happen. If the goods you receive are faulty, please contact us at contact@kelson.tools or use our Contact Us Form with your order number and photos of the faulty goods. We may provide you with a return postage label for you to ship the goods back to us if necessary. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the faulty goods.
Quality
If the goods we supply perform unsatisfactorily due to poor workmanship or materials, contact us at any time and we will cooperate to deal with the problem. This may involve providing a replacement product or giving a full or partial refund. This policy does not affect your rights as defined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Our Mistakes
Sometimes we may make mistakes, if we incorrectly offer goods for sale, we will always try to honour those prices. There may be circumstances where it is not possible for us to do this. In these cases, we will contact you to explain the situation. If we cannot resolve the matter with you, we remain the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Unexpected Circumstances
If any unexpected circumstances interfere with our business, we will do our best to continue fulfilling orders. However, we will not be legally responsible for for any failure which is due to these circumstances or any situation outside our control.
Legal Responsibility
As a business, it is our legal responsibility to comply with the Consumer Protection Act 1987. This Act is in place to protect the rights and safety of consumers and ensure that products and services provided are safe and fit for purpose.
In accordance with this Act, we make every effort to ensure that the products and services we offer meet the necessary safety standards and comply with all relevant regulations. We also provide clear and accurate information about our products and services, including any potential risks and hazards that consumers need to be aware of.
If there are any issues with our products or services, we take responsibility for resolving them in a timely and efficient manner, and we are committed to providing our customers with the highest levels of customer service. We will take any necessary actions to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases, and we will always work to uphold our legal responsibilities under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
We will not compensate for any delivery delays outside of our control. We will not be legally responsible for any losses which both we and you could not expect at the time you bought the goods. If you are a trade customer, we will not be legally responsible to you for any business losses.
Law
These terms of business will be governed by English and Welsh law.
